SERVICES THAT WE DO NOT PROVIDE
In order to maintain our superior cleaning services, we cannot offer any of the following services due to safety, time and staff constraints.
- Cleaning inside occupied Closets
- Dishwashing/putting away dishes
- Pest Infestation Cleaning
- Running errands
- Pet care or clean up pet waste including litter boxes
- Washing walls
- Wet wiping of lightbulbs
- Ironing clothes
- Laundry services (Vacation Rentals Only)
- Moving heavy furniture
- Interior vent cleaning
- High to reach areas
- Exterior window cleaning
- Wiping of knick-knacks
- Cleaning exterior/interior ducts and vents
- Cleaning shelf liners (vacant property only)
- Cleaning fans/chandeliers higher than a 2-step ladder – the great news is our cobwebbing tools have extenders, so we will still be able to get most of those pesky cobwebs, except for high/vaulted ceilings.
- Cleaning any biohazards (hoarding, mold etc.)
We have a 20lbs weight limit for safety reasons. We will not move any large furniture around to clean underneath.
- Clutter – we will work around any high clutter areas to the best of our ability. Same with areas being used for storage, like underneath beds and tops of cabinets. We are always happy to customize your cleaning services, so please let us know if you would like these types of things removed to clean under and behind.
- Outdoor Areas – Our equipment is not designed for cleaning outside surfaces such as decks/patios, concrete, garages, exterior windows, and unfinished basements.
- Fireplaces – The soot/ash from a fireplace will damage our equipment, especially our vacuums. Simply provide a broom and dustpan and we will be happy to sweep the fireplace upon request.
